Naval Station Norfolk Tour, Dec 6

Naval Station Norfolk is situated in the Sewells Point area of the City of Norfolk, near the site of the battle of the Monitor and Merrimac (CSS Virginia), and is the largest naval complex in the world. The complex is the combined home to the headquarters for Commander Naval Base Norfolk, as well as the Defense Department's largest supply center, and Naval Air Station Norfolk.

Naval Station Norfolk supports the operational readiness of the US Atlantic Fleet, providing facilities and services to enable mission accomplishment. They are committed to safety, security, and continuous improvement in quality of life and quality of service for our Sailors and families.

This tour will give attendees the opportunity to see aircraft carriers, destroyers, frigates, amphibious assault ships and one of the busiest airfields in the country.
